This program will help you heal from the inside out and identifying area where you would like to improve in your overall wellbeing.

This plan encourages accountability, and community for the lifestyle of wellness. This program focuses on understanding the significance of wellness, its importance and how it's associated with intentions, choices, and actions leading toward an optimal state of well-being so that instead of surviving, you're thriving. We provide evidence-based knowledge across six major wellness areas (spiritual, physical, intellectual, emotional, social and financial) all with the aim of improving quality of life. We provide life skills with practical applications to attain better mental and physical health outcomes, a work-life balance, to achieve positive behavior changes with long-term values. Here is where we work with participants to practice healthy habits daily. This program design is customizable for personalization taken into consideration the five stages of recovery (the stages of change) for personal readiness, for life and for the workforce. This program includes interaction online, in-person, and through our mobile app. This program also includes personalized fitness & nutrition plans with video demonstrations & instructions to perform.
