"It takes 21 days to build a habit and 90 days (12 weeks) to make it a lifestyle". Wellness is a choice of lifestyle marked by a balance of mind, body, and spirit. This is a 12 week accountability life coaching program and is designed to take you on a wellness journey to produce long-term lifestyle changes. Together we will take an holistic approach through 8 areas of wellness (spiritual, physical, intellectual, emotional, social, occupational. and environmental) for personal development in all aspects of wellbeing. This program will help you to heal from the inside out, search for purpose and meaning in life and identifying area where you would like to improve in your overall wellbeing. Service includes: a fitness and weight management program and access to the Powerhouse Training Community. Payment can be made, weekly ($43.75x12 payments), bi-weekly ($87.50x6 payments), or paid in full ($525 for this 90-day program)
This plan encourages accountability, and community for the lifestyle of wellness. This program focuses on understanding the significance of wellness, its importance and how it's associated with intentions, choices, and actions leading toward an optimal state of well-being so that instead of surviving, you're thriving. We provide evidence-based knowledge across six major wellness areas (spiritual, physical, intellectual, emotional, and social) all with the aim of improving quality of life. We provide life skills with practical applications to attain better mental and physical health outcomes, a work-life balance, to achieve positive behavior changes with long-term values. Here is where we work with participants to practice healthy habits daily. This program design is customizable for personalization taken into consideration the five stages of recovery (the stages of change) for personal readiness, for life and for the workforce. This program includes interaction online, in-person, and through our mobile app. This program also includes personalized fitness & nutrition plans with video demonstrations & instructions to perform.
